Construction scale
The staff and worker residential facilities are designed to accommodate around 30-36 people, including individual manager housing units, employee housing units, office spaces, a canteen, a recreation room, a guardhouse, and a motorcycle parking area. Additionally, this area is equipped with asphalt roads, road drainage, surface water drainage, and other essential systems to support the daily activities of staff and workers at the plant.
Besides the main facilities, the residential area includes a volleyball court and two badminton courts, providing opportunities for staff and workers to engage in sports after work hours.
